- Allocated to the next-of-kin of an RLS who has passed away (subject to verification of name in the Land Surveyors Board [LJT] record).
- The recipient of the contribution shall be the nominee/beneficiary registered by the RLS in the records of the Registered Land Surveyors Welfare Foundation.
- The beneficiary must submit the death certificate/report.
- The contribution amount is RM100,000.00.

Any changes to the contribution allocation, if any, will be notified from time to time.
- Allocated to an RLS whose spouse (husband/wife) has passed away, as registered in the nominee/beneficiary record (RLS Information Form).
- The RLS shall be the recipient of the contribution.
- The RLS must submit the death certificate/report of the spouse.
- The contribution amount is RM10,000.00.

Any changes to the contribution allocation, if any, will be notified from time to time.
This bereavement contribution for the death of an RLS spouse will be given only once in a lifetime.
- Allocated to RLS who require financial assistance to cover medical treatment costs arising from chronic, serious, or critical illnesses, subject to the consideration of the Registered Land Surveyors Welfare Foundation (the Foundation).
- The maximum contribution is up to 50% of the total cost or subject to the available balance of the bereavement contribution allocation.
- The amount disbursed will be deducted from the total bereavement contribution entitlement of the RLS.
- The RLS must submit a certification/confirmation letter from a medical officer or specialist, together with financial documents (treatment bills, receipts, invoices, quotations, etc.) as supporting evidence related to the illness treatment from the hospital.

- Allocated to the spouse or children of an RLS who require financial assistance to cover medical treatment costs arising from chronic, serious, or critical illnesses, subject to the consideration of the Registered Land Surveyors Welfare Foundation (the Foundation).
- The contribution shall not exceed 20% of the total entitlement or is subject to the available balance of the bereavement contribution allocation.
- The amount disbursed will be deducted from the total bereavement contribution entitlement of the RLS.
- The RLS must submit a certification/confirmation letter from a medical officer or specialist, together with financial documents (treatment bills, receipts, invoices, quotations, etc.) as supporting evidence related to the illness treatment from the hospital.

- Allocated to RLS who require financial assistance to cover the education costs of their children or staff pursuing studies at IPTA / IPTS (priority will be given to those furthering studies at the College of Geospatial Science and Technology)
- For RLS who wish to provide financial support to any IPTA / IPTS in covering the education costs of students facing financial difficulties (priority will be given to the College of Geospatial Science and Technology).
- The contribution shall not exceed 30% of the total entitlement or is subject to the available balance of the bereavement contribution allocation.
- The amount disbursed will be deducted from the total bereavement contribution entitlement of the RLS.
- The RLS must submit supporting documents related to the admission application of the child/staff into IPTA / IPTS.
Form YKJTB/004 (for financing the higher education costs of RLS children/staff at IPTA / IPTS)
Form YKJTB/005 (for supporting any IPTA / IPTS to finance the education costs of students in need).

- Disaster relief contributions for RLS may be considered subject to the approval of the Trustees of the Registered Land Surveyors Welfare Foundation (the Foundation).
- Disaster relief includes incidents arising from injury, accidents, fire, flood, and other related circumstances.

- Special assistance contributions for RLS may be considered, subject to the approval of the Trustees of the Registered Land Surveyors Welfare Foundation (the Foundation).
- Special Assistance may include financial contributions to cover costs such as repatriation of remains (in the event of death outside the state/country), burial expenses, and religious ceremonies following death.
- Payments for the transportation of remains, burial costs, and religious ceremonies after death shall be made based on actual and reasonable expenses, supported by receipts.
